- Tuesday 20th: Arrival (Hotel Moreno – Silla) and welcome lunch. Opening meeting and presentation of the participants in the TPM. Introduction to Silla, the project and the host org.
- Wednesday 21st: Working about the content of the project (General idea of the project, dissemination, visibility, etc.). Lunch. Working about the IO1 distribution of tasks. Swot analyses. Dissemination, visibility. Dinner
- Thursday 22nd: Working about the project management and the paperwork needs (timesheets, budget transfers, bookkeeping, accountancy, deadlines). Agreements for TPM2. Lunch. Transfer to Valencia
- Friday 23rd: Departure of participants
